Pastors of small to midsize churches spend over 40% of their time on church administration.

Why We Exist

The average American church has about 90 adults, making small or “normative” churches vital to the church’s future. Pastors in these settings often juggle multiple roles, from preaching to managing operations, leading to burnout and hindering their core mission. While larger churches may hire an administrative-focused pastor, this isn’t feasible for smaller congregations. Church Logistics Consulting addresses this need by offering affordable church administrative support, specializing in congregations under 300 attendees to provide essential services at a fraction of the cost of hiring an administrator.

Relationships Matter

Relationships are the foundation of effective ministry, more so than in any other field. At Church Logistics, we understand the importance of building strong connections. That’s why we operate on a hybrid schedule, spending time onsite to meet with your team, understand your church’s culture, and see how ministry happens in your unique environment.

After earning an MDiv. from NOBTS, I served in various pastoral roles, including Children’s, Next Steps, Bible Studies, and Executive Pastor. My greatest impact comes from providing strategic planning and church administrative support to pastors focused on shepherding their congregations. I am particularly concerned about pastors of smaller churches who are often burned out, handling the church’s administrative and shepherding needs. I aim to use my diverse experiences and administrative gifts to foster healthy disciple-making churches of all sizes.
