Called to Equip Those Who Serve

For years, I struggled to find my place in ministry. I wasn’t called to be a senior pastor, lacked the musical gifts for worship leadership, and wasn’t brave enough for youth ministry. I preferred spreadsheets to counseling and planning to preaching. Eventually, I recognized how God could use those gifts to strengthen ministry.

I began following Jesus in high school and sensed a call to ministry at Stephen F. Austin University. I earned my Master of Divinity at New Orleans Baptist Seminary and served in roles spanning children’s ministry, administration, small groups, guest experience, and most recently, Executive Pastor. These experiences taught me how the different parts of ministry work together.

Having served churches of just over 100 to more than 1,000 people, I retain a special heart for smaller congregations and relational discipleship. Today, I bring that same commitment to churches, Christian nonprofits, and other ministry organizations.

Through Church Logistics Consulting, I offer coaching, strategic guidance, and practical support to equip leaders, strengthen teams, and build systems that advance the Great Commission.
