Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions? We have answers.

How far will you travel?

Currently, on-site visits are limited to the Houston area. One of our goals is to keep services affordable for small—to medium-sized churches; as such, we have decided to limit our scope rather than raise the cost.

What are your standard hours?

Our normal hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am—5 pm CST. Given that much of our work is remote, there is a lot of flexibility in these times. By default, onsite hours do not apply to evenings, weekends, or service time. Exceptions can be made when the situation and schedules allow.

Can you preach?

Absolutely. I love teaching God’s word and can preach on an assigned topic or bring my own message. I do not have set fees for preaching and defer to the honorarium standard for your church. Let’s talk early if you have specific dates in mind, as I usually have Sunday commitments.

Do we need to pay for additional services, software, and licenses?

It’s possible. When we meet, we will review the scope of work and the systems you already have in place. There are times we need to bring in new software solutions. We believe all data is yours, so we require the church to own any software platforms with church data. We will review all these items and the cost in our agreement before we begin services.

I need help to come up with solutions for our church. Can you help?

Of course! I am always willing to meet pastors and hear about their ministries. You’re welcome to set up a 30-minute call, and we can discuss a plan moving forward.

Do you have long-term contracts?

I dislike contracts as much as any pastor. All retainer agreements are month-by-month, with a 30-day cancellation notice required. Project-based services have set end dates, and the contract will detail the prorated schedule for early termination.
